Mike has spent many years in both the technical and sales sides of Telecom and IT services for a large global Carrier. In 2005, Mike decided to leave the corporate world and venture into Entrepreneurship. His savvy technical background, knowledge of the IT landscape, and granular project management methodology has gained him the trust and working relationships of many enterprise clients with household names, as well as a vast network of Partnerships in the industry.
JESSICA MAYO-PIKE
MANAGING PARTNER
Jessica came to CMS360 with a background of running a Managed Services Program for a large Cisco Gold VAR in upstate NY. Before that, she served as a Channel Manager for a national Carrier. Jessica has extensive experience in Cloud and Carrier services, as well as deep expertise in Channel Sales. Jessica also serves as a Board Member of the Channel Partners Advisory Board.

Tim, a CMS360 Sales Leader and comes to us with 10+ years’ experience providing successful sales growth for various systems integration VARS based in New England and New York metro territories, and serving global markets. Tim has a broad understanding in managing and developing sales and support teams, and building key partnerships with client and solution providers.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Sharon has worked in the technology field for over twenty years. During this time, she worked for a software company as a senior programmer responsible for application development and implementation as well as customer support and training.
Prior to that she worked in an Information Technology Department maintaining various operating systems, and was responsible for application development and implementation, project management and customer support.
KIMBERLY WARREN
VP OF CLIENT SUCCESS
As the Vice President of Client Success at CMS360, Kim’s focus is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional lifecycle management and proven business results to every CMS360 client engagement. With over 18 years of experience, Kim has held positions in TEM and IT service management vendor organizations, as well as positions with a global information and research firm for telecom management best practices.
