This allows our clients to directly view open and closed service tickets, view installed services’ configurations and access, create new service tickets for our Help Desk, access project statuses.
Project Management: CMS360 employs experienced project management professionals well versed within all disciplines of the communications industry. For complex and/or larger engagements, CMS360 utilizes industry standard PMI methodologies to ensure that we effectively provide synergy among outside entities for a smooth project deployment.
Project Coordination: CMS360 will provide project coordination services (project management “lite”) for less complex and/or small engagements as well.
Pre-Sales Support: We provide non-biased Subject Matter Expert (SME), consulting and analysis support for our customers which allows us to professionally collaborate with any partner(s) and/or vendor(s) to help our customers attain their business objectives.
